The first and the foremost tip is to realize that gift decoration is as important as the gift itself. These words may sound immature but it is true if you want to make the opposite person feel special. When choosing gift wrapping papers try and select bright dazzling papers like blue and red. Gift wrapping, the traditional way may seem a little difficult to learn but you can always take help of a sister or a female friend. New gift wrapping techniques are comparatively easier, just put the gift inside the wrapping paper, and now twist the wrapping paper on both the ends such that the gift looks like a toffee! Put twisty threads on both the sides – done, your toffee like gift is ready.
If you find it really difficult to wrap a gift, you can buy gifts from shop that offer gift wrapping facilities. Try and put small sweet messages on top of the gift and put the obvious – the card on the gift suggesting “To” and “From”.
There are a lot of gift decoration objects like artificial roses, ribbons etc that look very pretty and attractive on top of a gift. Use these – you never know you might surprise your partner with a little effort like this!
